Dental Laboratory

SmileCentre India has its own in-house state of the art dental laboratory facility headed by an IF-trained dental technician which are essential to complete the restorative dentistry treatment including immediate loading strategic implants in the most ideal way.

Dental Laboratory Technology is both a science and an art. Since each dental patient's needs are different. The dental laboratory's primary role in restorative dentistry is to perfectly copy all of the functional and esthetic parameters that have been defined by the dentist into a restorative solution. The clinical models from these impressions may be created and mounted on an articulator, which simulates the jaw movements of the mandible.

Our dental technicians work with a variety of materials including waxes, plastics, precious and non-precious alloys, stainless steel, a variety of porcelains, and composites or polymer glass combinations. In our laboratory, technicians create or customise a variety of dental prostheses including crowns, veneers, bridges, artificial teeth, partial dentures, and complete dentures. They also prepare inlays—ceramic or resin structures that are cemented into a prepared tooth.

Our dental lab is fully equipped with micromotor, dental lathes, alloy grinders, casting machines, Divesting machines, Dental Vacuum Mixers, Autoclave, steam cleaning units, water baths, ultrasonic cleaners, Waxing reservoirs, electric waxers, Burs, Pliers, Cutters, and all other necessary hand tools.
