Remote Medical Care by Smile Centre India

Smile Centre India offers Remote Dental Care support for existing and new patients. This Remote Dental Care service is a teledentistry service that allows patients from all over the world to consult with our dentists via the internet and information technology. This also allows constant monitoring of the patient’s condition and performance of preventive and control check-ups. Teleconsultation through teledentistry can take place in either of the following ways – Synchronous (Real-Time Consultation) and Asynchronous (Store-and-Forward) methods.

Live Remote Dental Care support (Real-Time Consultation)

Real-Time Consultation involves a videoconference in which dental professionals and their patients, at different locations, may see, hear, and communicate with one another. This form of care is made possible by the use of mobile devices or computer with webcams. Dentists can also receive videos, diagrams, photos, X-rays, and other information during this live consultation time.

How to avail of our Live Remote Dental Care support?

Please make an appointment for "live remote dental care" by phone or WhatsApp message us on our emergency number +9194466 10205. You must provide the following information at the time of registration.

  1. Name & Age of the Patient (Patient ID in case of registered patients):
  2. A brief description of your dental problem(s):
  3. Your convenient Time: Please let us know what days and hours are most suitable for you, and we will confirm a mutually agreeable time and day for the interaction. (Our Online consultation hours - IST 9.00 AM to 8 PM/ GMT 3.30 AM to 2.30 PM)
  4. Mode of the live call: Mention your preferred video call method for real-time consultation.
    We are using, skype (our Skype Id is SmileCentreIndia) or WhatsApp (+91 94466 10205) or Google Meet (pramodclinic@gmail.com). Provide your Whatsapp No/SkypeID/GoogleID for this purpose.

You'll be given an appointment for the interaction as soon as feasible, based on mutual convenience, and you'll get a confirmation email/message with detailed instructions on how to use this service.

Once you have received the confirmation from us, Please transfer Rs.500/- (US$ 8) as a consultation fee via UPI Transaction to our Google Pay ID # or transfer to our bank account. We request you to share the payment details or screenshot via WhatsApp (+91 94466 10205) or mail (appointment@smilecentre.in).

Store-and-Forward Method

Store-and-Forward Method involves the transmission of recorded health information (for example, radiographs, photographs, video, digital impressions, lab results, and photomicrographs of patients) via e-mail or WhatsApp to Smile Centre India. We use the information to evaluate a patient’s condition and If any abnormalities are detected, our doctors will contact the patient or send the prescription to the patient via email (dr@smilecentre.in) or WhatsApp (+91 94466 10205).

Our Remote Dental Care support is available to anyone from any part of the world, as long as they could connect to us.
