He had a good look, did and OPG [X ray] and then recommended me to a different Doctor to get my root canal treatment first, as it was a complicated case. Post root canal treatment Dr Prasant did the rest. Good job.
What I appreciated was he desired to give the best to his patient, hence though they do root canal treatment in their centre he referred me to another doctor whom he felt will be able to do a better job in my case due to the complications noticed by him.
He did not just pass the responsibility as he told me to come back, post root canal to do the rest, hence continued to take the responsibility to care for me. Dr Prasant in my opinion took the responsibility and was welfare oriented which is a quality I feel every Doctor should have.

I am a 65-year-old physician who over the past 3 years has had 5 Nobel BioCare Dental implants done both in the US and in India. All 5 of these implants failed to integrate.
Dr. Pillai provided me with the alternative of Immediate Load Basal Implants. My Basal implants were done in less than 24 hours and were surprisingly painless and quick. Time was a major factor in my case as I only had a limited amount of time to spend in India. All my implants have been successful and have done very well. Basal implant method is far less traumatic and very efficient. Not only Dr. Pillai took the time to review and explain the whole procedure and he and his staff provided me with exceptional care.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Dr. Pillai and Immediate Load Basal Implants to anyone who is considering dental implants.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The extensive treatment I received was carried out in a hygienic and totally professional manner. I was given clear and detailed explanations of the dental treatments to be undertaken.

This was the second time we travelled from Canada to India to visit to the Smile Centre to see Dr. Pillai. On both occasions we received excellent treatments including root canals, crowns, implants and other dentistry all of which were painless. The email communications back and forth with Dr. Pillai were clear and prompt allowing us to know what to expect in terms of treatments and costs. We could not recommend a better place to go for dentistry as everyone was professional, competent, helpful and very pleasant. We will definitely return for any future dentistry needs.
